Dynafor Expert Load Cell Information
As mentioned above you can use your smartphone to use the Dynafor Expert load cell. Download the Special App and read all the measurements using Bluetooth technology. The operating range with this method is up to 30 metres.
If you need to operate and access readings from further afield then the HDD handheld display unit is the way to go. Using an RF 2.4 GHz radio frequency the range goes up to 400 metres where there are no obstacles to interfere with the signals. Functions and measurements for use include; auto-zeroing on start, tare weight, peak hold, sum function for multiple sensors. Measurements are daN, kg, t, ton, lbs, kN. The settable backlight ensures easier reading in dark er locations.
The Dynafor Expert digital load cell is ideal for applications that require extreme precision whether overhead lifting tasks, load monitoring on lifting equipment, towing operations, force measurement tasks, load balancing and more. It is powered by just 3 AA batteries and has IP64 water resistancy.
You can use most standard bow shackles for attaching this load cell to your lifting equipment and load. Clevis shackles and hooks can also be used.
Up to four load cell sensors can be connected to the HDD display, this scenario is useful when multiple lifting devices are used in tandem.
For example you are lifting a load from a spreader beam connected to two hoists or winches. You will fit a load cell to each hoist and connect them both to one display unit. This means that you can read the measurements from both in tandem, thus work out the combined total as well as the load distribution between the two, ensuring you have a well balanced load.
