Viper Machine Skates Features and Benefits
Although simplistic in design the Viper VRS load moving skates offer a practical solution for moving heavy and large items. There are two variants designed for heavy duty tasks the VRS2 skates incorporates 3 wheels and can handle loads up to 2 tonne. The VRS4 has 5 wheels and can handle up to 4 tonne loads.
Both models incorporate a central turntable on the platform so that loads can be pivoted with ease. A couple of handles positioned at each side enables the skate to be positioned and removed with minimal effort.
When it comes to placing, moving and steering the load the Viper VRS machine skates have the option to add a long handle. This make handling easier, although it is not essential.
The heavy duty wheels are made from polyurethane and incorporate bearings for smooth rolling.
Associated Equipment.
If you are having issues getting the skates under a heavy load then consider the roller crow bar. Its slim prying edge can be slipped under the load with the help of the wheels and pried up just enough to slip thee skate underneath. For larger loads more than one skate may be required for stability. You may like to consider the Viper VMMS skate kit which should have everything you need and can handle up to 48 tonnes of weight in total.
