Tiger PROLH Lever Pull Lift Features

When it comes to safety the PROLH lever hoist stands out thanks to the quad cam pawl set up. The reciprocating pawl design makes sure one pawl is always engaged, thus the load will always be held safely.

The brake system has a unique design and features a rotational torsion switch brake which is inertia driven rather than the typical weston style system found in many other pull lifts. Automatically engaging at the slightest tension enables the Tiger PROLH lever pull lift to operate without tension, the load sensing ratchet lever and can hold the lightest of loads without any slipping.

The free chaining mechanism is also inertia driven, the brake does not pull open to enable free wheeling.

This design is highly efficient, easier to operate and much safer. Light load tested and certified to 2% of the rated capacity.

The PROLH pull lift is easily adaptable and can be used in many orientations, even inverted. This enables loads to be pulled or tensioned as well as lifted. Up to 60 degree fleeting angles are possible without the need to de-rate the hoist.

Also featuring one piece pinion gears, precisely machined and heat treated major components and with top quality alloy load chains that are calibrated and conform to EN 818-7 & ISO 16872. The load bearing swivel safety hooks meet AS 1418.2. Stainless steel load chain and spark resistant hooks as well as clevis adaptor components or shipyard hooks are available on request.

Heavy duty end stops in an easy to use handle type design enables a good grip and makes freewheeling. Hooks come with a marked checking feature so they can easily be checked to see if any shock loading or overloading has occurred.

The new fluted design of the chain stripper enables the chain to be guided safely on and off the load sheave whilst preventing jamming scenarios.

PROLH Lever Hoist Certification

As well as the above stated conformities the PROLH lever hoist has the PA05/06651 PADS certificate of acceptance from the UK Network rail. The hoist comes with an EC declaration of conformity and conforms to the machinery directive 2006/42/EC.

Overload protection is available on request and is DNV GL verification tested to NORSOK R-002.
