About the Red Rooster High Speed Air Hoist

The typical Red Rooster components within this hoist include the Toku rotary vane motor, epicyclical gearbox, internal disc brake, upper and lower limit switches and alloy swivel safety hooks. Alongside these standard features there are a number of optional extra features available including additional corrosion protection, marine specs, main air shut off valve, radio control, chain collectors and more. 6 bar pressure is the standard operating pressure for this hoist. Red Rooster TCS 500-980 High Speed Air Hoist Benefits

When it comes to lifting speeds the TCS is faster than the comparable TCS hoist.

As an example

the High speed TCS 500 lifts at 17m/min when loaded and 33m/min unloaded;

Comparatively the TCR 500 lifts at 10.5m/min loaded and 16m/min unloaded.

As you can see there is quite a difference and therefore can significantly speed up you lifting applications. For just a little more money than the TCR this hoist can be a cost effective purchase, especially when you are lifting loads repetitively.

There are three standard heights of lift to choose from which are 3 metres, 6 metres and 9 metres; additionally you have a choice of control options which are a standard pull cord or a pendant push button controller. You also have the option to choose a filter which can significantly extend the life of the hoist by filtering out moisture and particles, stopping them from reaching internal parts of the hoist and causing rust issues.
