About 75mm Ratchet Lashings

These 75mm ratchet straps can handle loads safely up to 5000 daN, however they have a minimum breaking force of 10000 daN and so are ultimately much stronger than they need to be. This is to ensure optimum safety within regulations. Our straps conform to BS EN 12195-2.

Our ratchet lashings can be used safely in temperatures from -40 to +100 degrees Celsius.

Robust steel claw type hooks are attached to each webbing strap (there are two pieces) these provide the anchoring means and are usually fitted to loading/anchor points on your vehicle.

The shorter webbing strap includes the fitted ratchet handle which is used to pull in the lashing over the load to precisely tighten, subsequently locking down to further secure. This section has a 0.5 metre tail end strap.
