Yale CPE/F Electric Hoist for Professional Lifting

Designed for professional lifting applications the Yale CPE/F electric hoist offers substantial lifting capacities for medium to heavy loads. Starting at 1600kg load capacities and extending up to 10000kg the hoists lifting capabilities make it suitable for a wide range of areas whether a small workshop, warehouses, manufacturing facilities and more.

CPE Electric Hoist Suspension Configurations

The Yale CPE offers flexible installation possibilities via its choice of suspension options.  One of the most popular options is the Hook suspension system which can be suspended from a variety of anchor points with ease, whilst enabling quicker set up and removal.

Beam trolleys are a great option because they enable loads to be moved along the beam. The manual push travel trolley is the simplest and cheapest option but requires physical effort. There are two powered trolley options available for the CPE/F, one is a single speed powered trolley and the other option is a dual speed power drive trolley.

When it comes to the height of lift (HOL) you can choose anything from the standard 3 metres up to 10 metres, thus its can be suitable for multi-storey lifting tasks, high bay warehouses and other high industrial facilities.

Key Features of the CPE/F Hoist

The Yale CPE has a Classification of 1Am/M4 rating for most models, with CPEF 20-8, CPEF 30-5, and CPEF 40-4 models featuring enhanced 1Bm/M3 classification, meeting the standards for industrial duty cycles and reliability.

The heavy-duty squirrel cage motor is IP55 rated with class F insulation and incorporates bimetallic thermal protection. An adjustable spring pressure brake ensures loads are held firmly even during power failures. The motor power operates on standard Euro power 400v, 3Ph at 50Hz.

The main pendant controller is rated to IP65 and ensures easy hoist operation with an emergency stop button for additional safety.

Other key components include an oil bath planetary gearbox and a wear resistant steel 5 pocket load chain sheave. These features ensure constant smooth operation.

If you opt for the hook suspension it will incorporate a robust safety latch just like the bottom hook across all models. All hooks are manufactured from high tensile, non-ageing steel.
