Features & Benefits of the Delta Push Travel Trolley

The Delta DY push travel beam trolley is simple to fit to a steel beam thanks to the adjustable screw pin. Additionally, because it is adjustable it can be fitted to a good range of different sized steel beams of the ‘H’ or ‘I’ variety.
When fitting the trolley you will see that the screw pin has been threaded in opposite directions at each end. (right & left handed threads). This ensures both sides of the trolley tighten up in tandem.

Adjustments can be made from 50mm right up to 305mm.
The screw pin adjuster incorporates the loading eye at its centre to enable the quick attachment of lifting hoists etc. Stability is very good thanks to this central location. The dimensions of the lifting eye along with all other dimensions & technical details can be found in the specifications.

A key feature and benefit to the Delta beam trolley is the anti-tilt mechanism. This comes in the form of another smaller screw pin. Once the trolley has been fitted to the beam tightly it can be screwed in place. It should sit nicely under the beam flange. Tilting is all but eliminated, therefore the trolley can not slip off the beam when used correctly.

The steel wheels incorporate permanently lubricated ball bearings, thus enabling smooth travel. The wheel diameters vary across the different sized models ranging from 55mm to 120mm. The wheels should sit neatly on the flange of the steel beam. The flange on the outer wheel should be protruding no more than 6mm over the outer edge.

All Delta trolleys come fully load tested and with full certification.
