The Ratchet Pull Lift Key Features
- 2 spring pawls
- friction disc brake
- roller bearings or bushes on gears & shafts
- chain leader & chain stripper + guide plate
- machined lift wheel

- direction switch
- baked enamel finish
- short, robust lever
As you can see the ratchet pull lift comes with some great features, thus resulting in smooth operation.
There are two pawls to ensure safety, and the swap over pawl enables direction changes to which the chain is pulled through. The direction selector switch enables this action, subsequently with forward mode and reverse mode options and a neutral position which is used for free chaining mode. When in neutral the steel chain can advance through in each direction easily, thus enabling quicker loading and re-chaining to be completed easily. Toggle the switch to ‘up’ to lift or else pull and switch down to lower or release tension.
The automatic braking system is asbestos free, and the friction disc holds the load securely at every step. Fracture resistant hooks incorporate double sprung safety latches, consequently optimising the security of the load and hoist anchoring.
